Happy Motivational Monday on a Tuesday! LOL (oops!)

It's 30 weeks until we usher in a new year. What do you want to accomplish in that time frame?

If, like me, you've been waiting for that bolt of Inspiration to strike (might not ever happen), let's take it today as a sign:

210 days to start a new year in better health with less weight & more focus.

So many of you inspire me here on FS: thank you! Many of you support me even when my weight loss efforts have stalled: I appreciate you!

Time to get my a$$ in gear and do what needs doing!
