Safe to say I was exhausted last night, however, I had to stay up and get my water intake in. I'd written it down, and needed to make that action happen. Sheesh! So bed was around 10:30pm (vs what I was going for - 9:30pm) - Got about 7 hours of rest vs 8. That's okay.

Day 2 of trying the 8 things (see 6/24/15 post) - Got in 20 minutes on the elliptical (while playing Candy Crush -- makes the time fly by!), 5 minutes of stretching, 15 minutes of walking the dog (may have been over that a tad -- went by songs -- 6 songs, thus 6 laps around the perimeter of our yard pretty much), and read more in 1 Samuel.

AND - YES I did take the cool shower. I didn't go full blast cold -- really hard with the unishower control -- but it was enough to make me verbalize more than a few times of how cold it was. Then it wasn't so bad. Figured the hot water heater turned on. And no. My backside had just gotten used to it. It was exhilarating and short! But done!

Started drinking water early -- got nearly 16.9 fl oz in before stepping on the elliptical. Another at breakfast, and another after breakfast. Now working on the hot tea. Yeah, switched back to the hot tea vs coffee -- less acid.

I am looking at my notes in front of me and once the caffeine hits, will tackle it in full force. I'm so grateful God blessed us yesterday with call backs from people we've had trouble getting in touch with regarding the project. With each one, I knew it was a gift from God. Still had crazy dreams last night -- like taking a ferret on a leash into a local mall and interacting with people who felt like the ferret shouldn't be allowed inside the mall. Then leaving the mall and finding I went out the wrong door to access my car. Jump to Mom, Sister and I shopping. Then crossing the street. Sister went first, then myself -- and an old family friend was at a cafe next to where I was crossing street. Came over and sat down next to him. He was at a business lunch, sitting in booth. I started rambling to him about Mom and stuff --- particularly when Mom started across the street and got 3/4 of the way across when the Don't Walk sign came on -- she turned around and walked back across to the opposite side of the street, much to my telling her to just move forward! Realized his colleague was standing waiting on me to remove myself from the booth, I stopped rambling and told him I would reach out to him later. Mom and I walked down the sidewalk and.....guess we caught up with sister, as I woke up.

Told you -- weird dreams.
