buddy_max, This one is a Cosmic Crisp - My favorite apples are Kanzi Apples but I rarely find them available here.

I've never heard of Kanzi. In Hawaii we used to get Pacific Rose from New Zealand. Those are probably still my favorite. Although it's been awhile.
