Breakfast this morning.
Sourdough toast, 1/4 avo, rocket, and balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes with a balsamic reduction along with my almond milk coffee (I've been 10 days dairy free today)

What differences did you notice after going dairy free?

I've never heard much about what it does for you, unless you're lactose intolerant I wouldn't see why. There's a lot of protein in dairy which helps keep you fuller and keep or build muscle.

I was way less bloated, had less heartburn and my skin started to clear out. I have also cut out sugar as much as I can, so I'm not sure if that's also a side effect.

Wes861, I went on a gut cleanse for a week at a retreat and they cut out dairy for us. It's much better for your gut and bacteria to try to keep your dairy intake to as little as possible. My body has reacted so well to it but everyone is different so what works for me may not work for everyone else. :)

I totally agree 👍 eliminating dairy was a life changer for me. No more painful bloating, constipation or diarrhoea. Been dairy free for many years now.

I do understand in that case. Each one reacts differently, if it causes you some adverse reactions then I get it!
