Whats your workout of the day? Todays my brutal leg day front squats, goblet squats, back squats, calf raises, hip thrusts, lunges, Romanian deadliftts, and 1 legged back squats. My front squat is finally catching up to my back squat!!A few of you may finally get what you have been asking for Mrs OTB might join the social side of FS and not just the food logging.

Oh yeah!! That would be wonderful to have Mrs. OTB join and I want to know how her workouts are going. I love squat day and deadlift days but not sure about your 1 legged back squats OTB!

Daddy Manatee around 2 hours legs days are usually 145 and push or pull days sometimes go 215. I do fairly long rests between sets usually 3 minutes for the compound lifts some times I'll super set stuff as well depends how much time I have

Lookin' strong with good form! Today is dumbbells and body-weight exercises for me, all the way around the body. I do that three times per week. I do HIIT the other three times a week. I'm over 65 so avoid lifting like I used to in my late 40s, 750-pound leg presses and 900 on a calf-raise machine, but totally unimpressive upper body #s (the problems of being a female!) I've done quite a bit of heavy-duty yard work this week too, and can feel the spot where I was wrestling a rototiller from running away with me for 4 hours--right between the shoulder blades.

Redporchlady the 1 legged squats were deffintly something new and they bothered my ankle a bit but I'm going to keep doing them in hopes of gaining some more mobility in my one ankle. My legs are shot today. I'm sure Mrs otb ( overTHEcouch123 ) post about her workouts eventually she's been progressing significantly lately with the weights since she started tracking everything and progressive overloading vs picking a random number of reps that sounds nice and trying to hit it lol she may even beat me in our step challenge this week.

Today I start my new class at another gym. I'm excited but I heard it is brutal! I will try to get a few pics if I can. I'm thinking I'm gonna be pretty sore tomorrow..lol
