Has anyone tried carb cycling? does it work to lose weight without having to starve yourself, I'm not sure where to start and what to eat when..can anyone guide me please?

staying in a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. calorie/carb cycling is more geared towards optimising performance (on a day you have a hard workout and burn extra calories, you eat extra carbs/calories).. you don't need to starve yourself if you choose correct foods and load up on protein which helps satiety and has higher thermogenic effect (calories burned from digesting it)
