It’s a copy of Ocean baskets salad ☺️ Grated cucumber, then layer avo and smoked trout or salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds, the sauce on the side is ponzu sauce, similar to soya sauce but sweeter, you can buy it at spar. You can add wasabi. 😋
