Thanks for asking about coconut aminos! 🥰 Soy, light soy and liquid aminos (also soy) don't fit into my eating plan. I can enjoy coconut aminos, in moderation, because it's 90 mg of sodium per teaspoon. it's fermented so it has probiotics. No msg or wheat. Additionally it contains 17 amino acids, potassium, Vit B and Vit C. It's also low glycemic and wont spike insulin. I use the brand Coconut Secret.
