Yum! My favorite breakfast is cauliflower “mac and cheese”, loaded with chopped bacon and a soft poached egg on top.

@rene I had some cooked cauliflower and cooked bacon in the fridge. I seasoned the cauliflower with some Cajun seasoning, topped it with shredded cheese and the bacon bits and put it in my airfryer to get melty and crispy. I honestly should have left it another min or so to get more golden brown, but I was too hungry to wait, haaa. I'll be making this again👍😋
