0.1kg 😝😝😝. I guess any loss is a loss? Stick to my kj's 100% in the week, but weekends are crazy! Need to work on those.....
83.3 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
