This is such a great website for non medical people to follow. Simple easy explanations and information on a wide variety of diet, nutrition and general health subjects. So many claim ignorance on even the most basic nutrition and health concepts and play the blame game for why they were never “taught” these concepts in school, by their parents, the government, etc. now the blame is solely on ourselves. This information is out there, readily available written in easy to understand language. This is a good place to start to help you figure out a plan for working on your weight management issues and improving your general health. NO MORE EXCUSES— “I didn’t know” no longer works
