What is the biggest lesson I have learned in my 2 year weight loss journey? FORGIVE YOURSELF. you are going to mess up along the way... Nobody is perfect. I ate way to many calories on the weekend and I feel like I undid all the hard work done during the week. But guess what I'm choosing to FORGIVE myself and move on! I'm not going to feel shit about myself and beat myself up instead, I'm NOT doing a weigh in, coz let's face it that will make me feel even worse... Instead I'll get right back on track with my healthy lifestyle and eating habits. We do the best that we can each and every day, and if we mess up let's choose to forgive ourself and move on remember to not get stuck in that bad space... Get on track the next day, don't let a bad day turn into a bad week or a bad month. It took. It took me a long time to realize this.
