I was going through some old photos and figured I'd throw out a progress report.

2020: Pandemic, gyms closed, muscles went buh-bye.

2021: Gyms reopened, muscle started coming back a bit.

2022: Pushing myself HARD this year.

The main difference in my size is that I wasn't eating nearly what I needed to make significant progress.

Now, I don't even care about my physique, honestly lol. I'm just aiming to constantly improve my strength. A little tubby, but I really don't care. I look okay with clothes on though 😜

Point #1. Thank you for being on a fat loss app and calling me fat. Why don't you give these compliments to everyone equally? That may be acceptable on BB.com, but it's kinda frowned upon 'round these parts, cowboy. Just sayin'.

Point #2. Looking at the pictures instead of reading the words is great for 4 year olds. It'skinda weird for adults though. You may have missed the whole part about not caring about aesthetics, but we'll chalk that one up as an oversight.

Point #3. Working out is a hobby for me. The getting a little swole is a side effect. I mean I've only gained a few pounds of muscle in a few years. It's not a lot, but it's all natural and it was all fun getting there.

Point #4. Most people enjoy being around me because of my intellect and personality. I don't try to be "that buff guy" lol. I don't post progress pics very often because I'm not into getting *likes* to pump up my ego. I have MANY more things going for me than those revolving around flexing in the mirror lol.

Wowza. That comment tho. Anywho, The mass in your arms is impressive, and I can tell your BF is going down by comparing your waist size between your shirtless 2021 photo and your current photo. There will always be misery in this world. Don't let it steal your joy.
