Good afternoon everyone just a quick question does Fat Secret calculate your Net Carbs or your total carbs. Because if I'm doing Keto or Banting I need to track Net carbs

Hi Nicsgrace. On the full Fatsecret website on a desktop/pc, in your settings, you will find the opinion to select Net or Total carbs. I hope this helps.
