Thanks superman. I haven't used it much Over the last two weeks except for squats. Been having some tendonitis in my right elbow that has been bothering me when I do barbell exercises. I have modified everything to dumbell for the time being so I can keep moving forward and it's helped tremendously but I really miss barbell bench and OHP. Going to give them a try again in a few days with light weight and see how it goes.

Yea I just got over a right side tennis elbow myself. Went too heavy on the skull crushers. Just avoid anything that causes direct pain to it. For me it took a month to heal. But I worked out through the nagging pain and it still healed.

I'm not sure what the original culprit was I think it was just overuse in general from lifting but I took it easy for a week then had a really sharp pain while doing barbell curls now I've taken 2 weeks of dumbell only to try and let it heal more. I ordered a trap bar that will be here next week hoping I can add some other exercises in with that since it's a different grip position.

@ajbusjahn I've gotten alittle better at knowing when I should push through pain and when is shouldn't but that was only accomplished by being completely stubborn and pushing through everything and causing myself lots of damage over years of sports related injuries. My problem is i don't idle well. So I need to be doing something hands on all the time.
