@ZeeR1981 For me definitely but everyone's different, This is a higher calorie snack/meal than I would usually have as most of the time I just have a protein shake for lunch after exercising because I get distracted..this is definitely better and healthier than just having a protein shake tho

@masenya1738 I got the yogurt online from irene's gourmet but you can get it at discem too..I think it's a very good vegan alternative..I just added a bit of Cocoa Powder to mine :)
