So frustrated today. I have been walking for the first 30 minutes of my lunch break but the last 2 days I wore old, loose fitting shoes without the proper socks. This morning, my big toe was hurting and when I looked at the bottom of my foot I figured out why...I have a blister under a broken blister from the wrong shoes! I decided not to walk during lunch today (1) because it is pretty painful, and (2) I don't want to break the 2nd blister and cause an infection. Hopefully, tomorrow my toe will be less painful and I can go walking again...with the PROPER tennis shoes & socks!

They sell band aids specifically for blisters. They are awesome. They comfort, protect and heal the blister while you continue your workout.

Thanks! I definitely used a band aid today - even if it is one of my DD's Winnie the Pooh ones. I will look for the blister ones when I go to the store tonight.

Erica, thanks for the recommendation. I found them last night at the store and put one on - immediate relief! Wearing it still this morning so I should be able to walk today. I completely forgot my salad at home this morning. So during my walk at lunch today I will also stop to buy lunch - probably at Jason's Deli which will give me some healthy options other than a salad. Maybe some soup since it is turning cold again - I was getting used to the 60+ degree days!

Hello everyone....thankful and hopeful with this site...I'm 43 and I have always has a problem wit my weight....full schedule with kids hubby.....too much sometimes....I'm an emotional eater...no discipline... I pray this will help...Lord knows I need it...have a great day...

I feel your pain Gablynn...I too have problems with my feet...take care ...n if anyone recognizes any spelling errors please forgive this keyboard of mind at times has a mind of its own...lol
