No weigh in today - that was yesterday. I have been really good this week (1 pound lost!) but part of that motivation was knowing that today I would be going to Gigi's Cupcakes. A few of us are going there to try their new breads (looking forward to the pumpkin white chocolate) but my compromise was that we had to walk there from the office (about 1/4 mile round trip). At least this way I will get some steps (and exercise) in before indulging. We don't know if they sell this bread by the slice (that is my hope) or by the loaf. It is it by the loaf, I will only have a slice and give away the rest to friends or my daughter (she loves pumpkin as much as I do)!
