Wow what a year 2022 has turned out to be.
My husband has been very ill, he's been in and out of hospital the last month. With me being home alone or visiting him during visiting hours i have been living on take out.. I've noticed a big decline in my energy, focus and of course weight loss.
Things are slowly getting back to normal (well as normal as they can be with a 28 year old husband that has a blood clot and is on constant watch for a heart attack or stroke signs)
Anyway I digress - This week is the first week i meal prepped on a Sunday and hopefully will be the start of getting back on track.
