I just got back from Splashy Fen.
I was there for 5 days in the rain and mud, camping and to be honest binge drinking gin, tonic, castle light, vodka and sugar-free red bull. I hardly ate much and when I did, wow the options were extremely unhealthy. My tent leaked, my stuff got wet, my mattress deflated and the mud was so thick that my boots got stuck many times. It was a fun week but I'm now exhausted with a sore body and no motivation. I'm giving myself until the end of this week to just pull myself together and starting Friday I will eat my low-calorie meals and start my workouts.
