Thats another Friday night blow out been and gone. I don't feel too guilty about it as I planned for it. Today is another off the scale day and then back to 2000 tomorrow then strict again. It will be interesting to see if I can get away with it. I am trying to work out how much I can eat so that I can enjoy food and drink to the fullest but not put on weight. It is a fine line but I am determined to find it!
