So I've FUed. And eventhough I did great last year with Duromine and HGC injections but it's not a long term solution and obviously doesn't help during stressful times and trying to cope with issues. I fell off the wagon Dec and just kept going.Soooo today I've started with keto and hoping I can get back on track.
107 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 27 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
