Dislocated my shoulder first day back at gym after a 2month hiatus... Need something special to not completely lose it.. Feeling as if Im being untreated unfairly by my own body.. of the 20 kgs i lost, 15 ar back and just struggeling to believe i messed up THAT bad.. HELP!

did you gain 15kgs back in the 2months ?

No. was at my lightest (78) last year Aug, went up to around 85 over holidays but then over the last 2 months it all crumbled.. Thank you so much!! Gonna be relying on you all in the coming weeks I think..
