I had this AMAZE lunch (big ham salad) and dinner (chicken, veg and butternut salad) with a few snacks (fruit and yoghurt) throughout the day, but after dinner I still had 200 odd calories left of my daily deficit (1300). That’s basically a whole meal to me! So, I had ice-cream and chocolate sauce and I still have 47 calories left. As long as I’m in my calorie deficit I’m okay, right? I mean, isn’t that the nice thing about calorie counting - you can eat what you want as long as it’s within your deficit? 🤷🏼‍♀️
