Day 1 of the 10kgs in 10 week challenge really was an eye opener exspecially
When looking at how many calories iv eaten for the day..I'm hoping tomorrow
Will be so much easier as today..Going for a late afternoon Jog to burn all my
Unwanted calories from all the ice cream iv had today..its going to be a huge challenge
Saying NO to my sweet tooth..but here Goes!!! :)
