I need help please. I've been struggling with my weight for the passed 3 months. Been stucked on 104.2kg to 104.9kg.
I just can't break this plateau.
I've increased my excercise to twice a day of 120 minutes on each session... I must also admit I eat more due to the exercise.
Please help.

Yeah, eating more is.....not the way to go. You need to reduce your calorie intake, 500 to 800 cals give or take below your RDI. For example; if your RDI is 2000 calories, then you reduce it to 1500 calories. But don't reduce it too drastically as that'll do you no favors in the long run. Also, consistency is key. You have to stick to it for a few weeks or even months if you really want to break the plateau and lose more weight.
