Home made black bean burgers and salad

Breakfast: Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Icing) , Coffee, Woolworths Vegan Chickpea Frittata, Blueberries . Lunch: Cape Cookies Rainbow Delight, Cape Cookies Choc Chip, Shortbread, Rose's Lime Cordial, Club Soda , Vodka. Dinner: Barbecue Sauce (Bottled), Imitation Cheddar Cheese , Black Bean Burger, Pineapple , Cherry Tomatoes, Celery , Baby Spinach, Coffee. Not much of a recipe, but here's what I used:
1 cup cooked black beans
1 medium cooked and skinned sweet potato
1 small onion, chopped
Liquid smoke ( got mine from Woolworths)
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Bacon flavoured salt (bought @ SPAR & it's Vegan)
1 table spoon Jimmy sauce (it's actually Vegan, yeah 😀)
Blended it all together till I was happy with the result
Formed 4 patties and froze it for about an hour before frying it in a pan with some oil....will need to use more oil next time as it stuck a bit
