The heat today kinda kept me away from food, I was just too hot and busy to eat.
I did weigh myself this evening before shower and it shows 85kgs I'll see what it says tomorrow morning on a empty stomach then I'll record the weight here, I've passed my usual give up point when I get bored with restricting myself and am tired of the stiff muscles, I'm really proud I'm still going strong.
I don't know if others have experienced this but my stomach has become very vocal after every meal, it sounds like a storm is going on down there, just something to get used to I suppose
