Yesterday was a bit of a hard day, I didn't feel like exercising and I was craving a melting moment, all I could think about was that damn cookie, I even googled the recipe and thank goodness I was missing 2 of the key ingredients, but in the end I got off my ass managed 10k steps and stuck with in my RDI so another successful day in the bag :)
