50g Shredded chicken breast, 1/4 yellow pepper, 1/4 Granny Smith apple, teaspoon flaxseed, 40g greek yogurt, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. The egg one is one boiled egg and 10g smooth cottage cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
