Journey is hard any motivation

Water is your friend. Drink lots of it. If you feel hungry and you’ve already eaten, drink water till your next scheduled meal. Or herbal teas, coffee, no sugar or milk added.

1. You're changing your life not a tyre, be patient lol... DON'T rush the weight loss, it took you a while to get big, you can't expect it to fall off overnight 2. If you're off by a week, it doesn't matter what the bathroom scale says just keep going! If you're off by 2 weeks you should worry a bit. Go back to the drawing board and adjust what needs to be adjusted. 3. Oh this is important for your success, DON'T tip the food scale or go above your RDI... YOU CAN'T FIX IT - you made a plan now stick to it 4. Measure everything, don't estimate and if it doesn't have a nutritional table and it's not a fruit, don't eat it without measuring. Try Low-Calorie-High-Volume eating it's awesome!

Totally agree with @collen nkuna! Eating well in combination with exercise is key. Start easy but stick to it. You can do it! You’re so much stronger than your temptations.

Remember why you started and where you want to be. It won't happen over night but you need to trust the process. Be patient. Consistency is key. When I reflect, i never thought i could lose close to 20kg but im still keeping at it. So it's not impossible. Good luck. If you want ideas of what has worked for me you can shout. I'd be more than willing to share what's working for me.
