Nothing much to report. Had a niggle in the lower back so haven't done any weight-bearing exercise for 3 weeks. Have been swimming, stair climbing, and lots of stretching.

Aww, thanks. I get a wee bulging disc every now and again. 3 weeks is the usual trajectory. As long as I am careful, I can keep going in some shape or form!

Thanks you guys..........I am at the 3 week mark now and going to try some weights again next week. If not..............I don't mind a swim!
