Just a reminder that progress isnt always drastic, sometimes its the little changes we miss or overlook, this was about 2 weeks apart...and im just noticing all the little tweaks and changes to my body and its a constant reminder to be proud keep going 💪

So true! You can see it especially in your shoulders! 💪🏻💪🏻 I compared two of my own pictures taken two months apart and that was also the most noticeable difference. Well done & keep going :)
