I've officially made a 'full recovery' from contracting Covid. It's been such a journey! In order to stay mentally stable I had to compromise on the foods I ate, meaning no calorie counting. I lost my taste buds for 2 weeks, hasn't helped the fact that I craved almost every sweet thing. I've gained 2kgs in the process (my guilty conscious has forbidden me to log it). Its been 49 days since my lost entry... I've had to reach deep within my SOUL to get out of this rut. So today I've eaten well, went to crossfit, it's a step in the right direction, and I'm super chuffed with my efforts. And so I carry on..
