I was up 5# when I weighed in yesterday so sticking to my macro's. My meal here 27 grams protein, 22 grams carbs and 2 grams of fat. 4 oz chicken breast and 1 Cup pasta bow tie with vegetables all from Schwan's for a quick healthy meal.
