〠Overate again last night! Too hungry!! But never say die! I will lose this weight!
Great day!! 2P today. I went for 90 minutes treadmill, ate just a little over 1200 cals, did a lot of work -- got car serviced, cleaned house, started bills. Very productive. And now I'm going to sleep early. I've very pleased with myself. I want every day to be like today.
