Was it a great week Nooooo but it was a good week despite the fact that I went over my recommended calorie intake.
I tell you why I am so positive about it… it’s because I tracked my intake… which means that I am keeping myself accountable. The other thing I realised is that I was probably eating twice as much before tracking. Mindless eating. It is just different if you see the calories appose to just stuffing your face
111.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
