That's ok, I stopped at BK for a late lunch and I'm not even sweating it, I'm still inside of my calories and I'll get time to make a healthy delicious meal as soon as I can. Keep crushing it G💪🏾🥗

No judgement here! Fast food isn't really evil and it's pretty tasty in moderation. Take a minute to look at the calories in your go to meal and usually with a few changes you can lower the calories by a lot. Small sides, double burger instead of two burgers, skip the drink or go for diet. Little changes can make a fast food treat guilt free and it's better than restricting yourself too much.

Wendy’s chili is a great choice and you can order a small salad and dump it over.
Or you can focus carb free and just order 2-3 patties with lettuce wrap and tomato (McD will do this too and they have non fat sugar free vanilla lattes)
Hunger is real and one day does not make a month. However you can learn to carry seltzer and healthy snack in your truck. Also research healthiest options at all fast food chains for future knowledge.
