Yesterday my Sister-in-law passed away from Covid19. She was fully vaccinated, always wore her mask, and was otherwise very cautious. She had been hospitalized for 3 weeks before she passed. I urge everyone who is not vaccinated to please get it done to protect themselves and others.

Yesterday I ate way under goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 904 kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // missed Sleep Goal
