Its a new month & beginning. i have been up and down and not 100% committed to weight loss. So easy to want "the quick fix," drink this & loose 10kg in 2 weeks! I need to love, appreciate my body in any phase.. fat or thin. It has carried 3 babies, helped me win athletic races in my youth. played lots of sport. it felt good to be a winner. I want that I am a winner 🏆 and will conquer!
