@Eilzileth hahaha. The cauliflower is seasoned with salt, cumin, ground coriander and turmeric. I add a bit of olive oil and cook it in the air fryer. I love making a broth with stock, garlic, peppers, chili, mushrooms, tender stem broccoli, spring onion and cherry tomatoes. I also add some soy sauce and bit if lemon. All super healthy and vegan (if you like). I then add protein, in this case pork steak.
