I follow several websites that are diet and exercise and lifestyle in nature. Not that I participate in them all but because they are done by people or organization that I have come to value the way they think, the way they write and I still learn a lot. It also helps me to validate my own personal choices and am I still doing the things that my own body needs. I am still actively mentoring a few people who are working seriously at their own lifestyle changes and I will forward things to them that I think might help them on their own journeys. FS has a few new people so I’m just going to put up a few things that I think have value.
