whoop. too much dinner this Eve but been stupid hungry all week. I can feel the weather beginning to change when I go for a walk its like my body wants to put on its winter coat. over daily recommend Cal's which I never ever do but still under expenditure when compared with exercise. I'll see tomorrow how this influences things.
