After my first 5 days of counting calories and doing Keto I hit my first bump in the road... Remember that Sushi weakspot I mentioned Earlier this week... Well that happend on Sunday afternoon😥 I was strong enough the entire weekend to say no to alm the carb foods everyone was having and then Sunday My GF wanted Sushi so I told myself "I will be fine, I will only eat a salmon salad and a tuna salad" " I am strong!"
and there i was being "Strong" eating 7 portions of sushi with rice.. I weigh in tomorrow after my first week and feelike a failure already🙈

This is a journey where you will have days with family and friends. Don’t feel bad for enjoying a meal with your gf. It’s Monday, so you can revert back to your plan. You are not a failure, in future try to work in the rice sushi you will be having on the weekend. Not planing ahead is planing to fail. You will keep on learning throughout this journey. No failures, just lots of lessons learned.
