Re-learning that weight loss works by planning ahead and staying full, so you don't get famished and inhale a bunch of random bad calories. but tbh, sometimes I get tired of thinking about it all the time and being conscientious. it's definitely worth it when the scale (begrudgingly) reflects my sacrifices, but
