I slipped up yesterday. very bad day, way over my calories. Not going to beat myself up about it too much. Set backs happen. Back at it today though. Started early this morning with cardio workouts and going to be fasting and drinking alot of water. Let's do this💪

Those days happen... I was so pleased with my progress the other day, I ended up eating a whole load of snacks. My only consolation is that even my snacks are healthier than they used to be. At least I didn't shove a giant packet of chips down in one go like I used to. 😂 But the key thing is getting up, brushing ourselves off and carrying on. ❤️
