CORE PLAN, DAY 3: New plan is going great! I'm sticking to it like glue. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: Treadmill 70 minutes, 50 minutes of which was 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, and 20 minutes of which was 3.7, level 7.

Food:
one banana
one sweet wheat bagel--------------------- one non core point
two teaspoons olive oil
couple of bits of very fatty salmon
a big piece of very fatty salmon
bbq sauce -------------------------------3 non core points
three pieces double fiber bread-----------------3 non core points
about 50 grapes
nonfat milk ]
fiber one cereal
2 peeps-------------------------------1 non core point

DAY 3 18/35 NON CORE POINTS USED FOR WEEK
