This last month has been tough even though I am eating the same of not less and I have been working out the same amount I feel like my weight is just staying the same, I’m starting to feel abit demotivated,

Just keep at it. Get that measuring tape out. The inches matter more than the number on the scale. Concentrate on the non scale victories. Health should be the main goal but looking good does help motivate us even more 😉 you look great by the way.

Been there! It's really hard and demotivating. Some people on here have recommended having a rest weekend,of just upping your calories a bit and then getting back at it. If you want you can go back in my journal about month ago, or around beginning Feb, I posted asking for some advice, and even though the reason why I stalled was not necessarily applicable, I got such fantastic advice and motivation ❤️
