@Rayla yes it is and the people on here give great support in everyone's ups and down and not just to do with weight because at the end of the day if you are having a crappy time in your life at any given moment it can and will effect your weight.

What's annoying about this app is that some people (Rayla) have to be nasty if your not happy with Mel's entry scroll past!!! Nicki is absolutely right, things that happen in one's life can have a knock on effect. We are here to support in any way we can!

Hi All, firstly if Rayla, doesn't like it Rayla can lump it. We all need each other especially when so many of us May have had someone die of covid or something else. Luckily to say I don't know anyone who had died reasontly. This app is for weight and diet, but its also a brilliant app for support no later what ones problem is. RAYLA If you don't have any problems that's good. If you don't like the chat and friendliness find a different app. Sorry to sound harsh but please think before you type. Any way things are moving still slowly in my case. Also take care all of you who are finding life difficult at the moment it takes time for things to heal good luck. And godbess. Mel.
