My diet has been a lot of trial and error this week. I was at about 1300 calories per day plus IF before I started my get lean fitness journey.
Currently added about 100 more calorie wiggle room but seemingly I'm clocking around 1500 calories per day ..A lot of protein, complex carbs and good fats as I can get. Will see how this change affects my body at the end of the week.
Any suggestions for someone who used to eat to lose weight and now wants to gain lean muscle...any help would be appreciated.🙏
